I specialize in taxes and bookkeeping for over-the-road Owner-operators in the trucking industry.  I have worked in the transportation industry for nearly a decade and was married to an OO for many years.  I am very familiar with the needs and complexities of being an owner-operator as well as a truck driver away from your home and family. 

 

Let me take care of your business needs so you can focus on the road.  My services are a monthly subscription and the price is set no matter how much time I spend on your business.  I don't believe in charging per hour or adding in hidden fees, and since I don't have the overhead that other companies have, my prices are lower and the service is more personal.  What you see is what you get. For my bookkeeping and yearly tax filing, I charge a flat monthly rate, which does not change no matter how complex your taxes are.  I do not charge extra If you have some obscure form that needs to be filed or even if you must file in more than one state.

 

Here is what you get for the monthly rate of $80.

• 12 prepaid envelopes for you to send me your receipts monthly

• Scanning all receipts to a thumb drive

• Monthly  profit/loss statements

• Tax filing at the end of the year

• All receipts and paperwork organized in a binder, which is sent to you at the end of the year but available to you any time you need.

• Personal Service by someone that knows the industry 

• Assistance in setting up quarterly estimated payments (if needed)

• Assistance in setting up monthly payment plans (if needed)

• Printing of elogs

• Printing of settlements

• Review of past 3 years returns
