Virtual phone visit

Service Description

Available for both new and returning clients, this option allows us to complete your tax appointment by phone without the need for an in-office visit or video call. To make the most of our appointment time, please make sure I receive all of your tax documents prior to your scheduled appointment. Documents can be provided by uploading them securely through my online client portal, sending them by mail, or dropping them off at my office. During your scheduled appointment, I will call you to review your tax information, discuss any questions or concerns, and go over your return with you just as we would during an in-person appointment. New clients: During tax season, phone and video appointments are the primary options available for new clients. If you prefer an in-person appointment, I am happy to meet with you outside of tax season. My goal is to make your phone appointment convenient and easy while still providing the same personal service and attention you would receive in my office.
